PROPOSED GORDONBUSH WIND FARM

In pursuance of the above Regulations, notice is hereby given that SSE Generation Limited, Inveralmond House, 200 Dunkeld Road, Perth, PHI 3AQ (Registered Office, Westacott Way, Littlewick Green, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 3QB) has submitted to the Scottish Ministers:

Further information supplementing the Environmental Statement that accompanied the Application for consent under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 for the construction of a windfarm of up to 87.5MW on the lands of Gordonbush Estate, Brora, Sutherland (Grid Reference 286500 915500). The Application was originally submitted on 18th June 2003.

The further information includes further details of alternatives considered, and effects on birds, archaeology, and wild land.

Copies of the further information have been deposited at the locations shown in the Schedule to this Notice and will be available for inspection there until 14 May 2004 without payment of fee during the normal business hours of these premises. Additional copies of the Addendum may be obtained at a cost of £25.00 each, on written request from: Dr Chris Marden, Scottish and Southern Energy plc, Inveralmond House, 200 Dunkeld Road, Perth, PHI 3AQ.
